• I have been working with the Behavior and Training team here at OHS and am looking for a special home.

• Handling Sensitivity: I can be overwhelmed by overhandling, restraint or touch. I may exhibit my discomfort in a variety of ways and will need to go to cat savvy home.
• I'm looking for a home where my every desire can be catered to. My desires include napping in the best sunspots, eating treats, and bird watching.
• I'm not into being smothered with attention. I like to do everything on my own terms so if I want to be pet I'll let you know.
• I may enjoy casually batting at a toy mouse every now and then, but my favorite activity is relaxing in the best spots around the house.
• I don't like sharing my space with other animals so I will need to be your one and only true love.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I am not for the first time cat owner. Someone very familiar with feline body language is a must for me.
• I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.
• I need a home without cats or other small animals.
• I need to live in a dog-free home.
• I need to live in an adult only home.

Interested in adopting me?

Adoption meet and greets are done by appointment, but the shelter is open for walk-through viewing. We also have availability each day for walk-in adoptions.

Submit an adoption questionnaire for a pet you are interested in, and we will contact you to set up your meet and greet when you become the next in line.
