Oregon Humane’s fiscal year is Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Oregon Humane is a stand-alone, Oregon-based nonprofit and is not affiliated with other humane societies or national organizations. Oregon Humane is not a tax-funded municipal animal services agency.
