My name is Millie Doggie Brown, and I was named after the wonderful dog rescue queen Millie Bobby Brown! Just like her I am sweet, silly, and very talented!

My history is a bit heartbreaking, so I won't go into the details here, but I've been working with the Behavior and Training team to get me ready for the real world. If you want to learn more about me, click here and read the details.

I've been here since January looking for my forever home. The one that will treat me right and love me unconditionally! I have a lot of love to give, and I show it by crawling into laps, giving kisses, and staring into your eyes lovingly. Not sure why no one has taken any interest in me yet. Will you be the one for me?

I am making great strides in building my confidence, but there are times when I'm still nervous about meeting new people and dogs. Once I know you're safe, we're new best friends forever! I think I would do best in a low traffic home as the only pet.

I wasn't socialized growing up and so I don't feel comfortable around other dogs and I think cats would be a little too fun to chase . What dog doesn't give in to The Chase every now and then? I would be the most comfortable as your only pet for a while.

Due to my tragic upbringing, I am learning how to be a pet dog and that includes learning to eliminate outside . Sometimes I can be so excited to be outside, I forget to go. With your help I know I can conquer this! I'm perfectly crate trained.

I walk a little weird due to my upbringing and it seems like I have little control over my legs and body, I'm still learning how to walk in this body. It's a little silly, but I love to run! I would do best in a home without small children as I'll for sure steal their toys and knock them over. I would be most comfortable with teenagers and adults.
