• Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
• Resource Guarding: I have a history of guarding my people, food, toys and/or bedding from other animals or people.
• High Energy: Once I am comfortable, I can become easily frustrated if my energy and exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I need to go to an adult only home.
• I need a home without cats or other small animals.
• I may do best in a home where there is a resident dog for me to play with! Because of my resource guarding, I will need to be kept separate from any other dogs in the home during meal times.
