• I have been working with the Behavior and Training team here at OHS for consistency and am looking for a special home. It will take time and patience to get to know me. You'll need to meet with me multiple times before taking me home.

• Don't be fooled by my size, I may be petite, but I am quite the energetic dog and would love to get up and go!
• I may suffer from RBF, but I'm as sweet as can be!
• I'm a fiend for food! Snacks are a great way to make friends with me and teach me fun tricks. I already know some basic cues, such as sit, stay, and lay down.
• I'm quite a chatty girl, so I would do best in a home that does not have shared walls
• I can't wait to show my new family how playful I am!
• Need a pal to motivate you to get up and go? That's me!
• High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my energy and exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.
• Resource Guarding: I have a history of guarding my food and toys from people and animals.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.
• I need a home without cats or other small animals.
• I need to be the only dog in the home.
• My energy and size can be a lot for little kids, but I would do great with older, dog-savvy children.

Meet and greets with pets are done on a first-come, first-served basis.

When you come to the shelter and see a pet you are interested in meeting, take note of the pet’s name and visit the front desk in the lobby.
