Hi everyone! I'm Scooby, and I might just be the sweetest boy you haven't met yet!I love to be around people! I've been known to put my head in my favorite people's laps to get pets. My friends here think I'd make a great buddy for curling up on the couch to watch a movie or read together!While I love to spend time with my friends here at the shelter that I've gotten to know, I can be a bit shy with new people and in new situations. I'd do best with a family that can take things at my own pace in a calm environment - I promise you'll be rewarded with lots of love for your patience!Don't let my fearful side fool you though, I will be a high energy pup who will need a lot of love, patience, training, and stimulation. Thankfully, I'm always up for an adventure. My friends here have said I'm great on leash, so I'd be a pretty perfect buddy for a hike or even just a stroll around the neighborhood.I am not a fan of sharing things such as my bed or toys, so I will need to be the only pet in the home. Interested in adopting me?

Animals available for adoption in foster homes need a special questionnaire submitted. From there, we will make an initial appointment for a phone consult to discuss their needs, and then schedule a meet and greet. Appointments are set on a first-come first-served basis in the order that we receive the questionnaires.
