What my friends at OHS say about me:

• Making new friends is so much fun! I'm a very social and confident guy.
• I love to be the center of attention. All eyes and pets on me, please!
• I had so much fun meeting another dog here in the shelter. My friends at OHS think I would be great at making new dog friends!
• Giddy-up! The staff here call me a pony because I like to stand on my hind legs for easier access to pets.
• My previous home said I am very adaptive. I do well at sleeping in a crate at night and for naps if needed, but I also love to snuggle and nap with humans any time I can!
• My friends at OHS are still learning about me. I was brought in through the Second Chance Program from a state where dogs have a higher likelihood of heartworm infection.
• High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my energy and exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I need a home without cats or other small animals.
• I may do best in a home where there is a resident dog for me to play with!
• I would do best in a home with older dog-savvy children. My energy level may be too overwhelming for younger, smaller children.
