Dog-friendly wine tour
When: Saturday, August 3, 2019, 11am – 4pm
Where: 15 Willamette Valley wineries
Tickets: Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 day of (designated drivers do not need to purchase tickets for the event).
100% of ticket sales benefit the animals at Oregon Humane Society.
Your ticket to the event includes:
- A “License to Taste” passport with free wine tastings at each participating winery on August 3rd
- Fun activities and vendors for you and your dog at each winery
- A commemorative Govino wine glass
- Two complimentary tasting cards valid at all participating wineries during the month of August
Day of tickets will be available at the following wineries only: Apolloni Vineyards, Blizzard Wines and Helvetia Vineyard & Winery.

2019 Canines Uncorked Sponsors
The “License to Taste” passport is only valid on August 3rd during event hours (11am-4pm). We understand that you will not be able to visit all participating wineries the day of the event. To provide you an opportunity to visit some of the wineries at another time, you will receive two complimentary tasting cards each good for one tasting at any participating winery. Cards are valid during the month of August. Please note that activities from the event will not be setup after August 3rd. Also, some wineries are not dog-friendly (with the exception of the event day). Please call ahead or check the winery’s website before bringing you canine friend with you.

A Blooming Hill Vineyards & Winery
Photos & Fido – Enjoy the views at A Blooming Hill as the beautiful landscape unravels into a natural scenic backdrop for a photo of you and your faithful four-legged companion taken by Zach Putnam of Zach Putnam Photography. Photos will be shared online for viewing and print ordering.
Dog Days of Summer – Beat the heat with Apolloni Vineyards and LexiDog Boutique and Social Club! the Dog Days of Summer are here and what is more important than making sure your dog is cool and safe. Each pup will get their very own PUP-sicle to stay cool while they frolic in the water activities. Learn about heat and water safety, including a display of summer fashions, life vests and water toys.
Ardiri Winery & Vineyards
Pinot & Pet Talk – “Woof, Woof, Woof,” says your dog. (Translation: Take me to Ardiri Winery & Vineyards to meet with animal communicator Shawna Fischer of Nature’s Keeper!)
Traveling Fido – Come learn all about traveling with Fido! Learn about petsitting options from Local Dawgs, tips for moving with your pets from Coldwell Banker, and see travel accessories on display from Pets on Broadway.
Taste & Treats – We all love a tasty treat! Come learn about good nutrition for your pet while enjoying delicious wine at Dion Vineyard. Your pup can savor a variety of goodies during your visit.
Wine & Wellness – Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about your pet’s health at Helvetia Vineyard & Winery. While you relax with the spectacular wine, your pooch can enjoy a complimentary massage from ResQ Animal Massage. Take the opportunity to learn about End of Life Care from Dr. Casey Choate of Lap of Love. Don’t forget to enter the raffle for a chance to win a dog DNA kit!

Oak Knoll Winery
Flights & Fitness – Unleash the wild in your dog on a fun agility course! Agility is a great activity that you can enjoy together. OHS Training and Behavior volunteers will be onsite to help introduce your pup different agility equipment with lots of encouragement and tasty treats from Puppernickel Dog Bakery.
Patton Valley Vineyard
Nose Works – While your senses take in the aromas and tastes at the fabulous Patton Valley Vineyard, your pooch can have fun following their own nose with K9 Nose Work. Help develop your dog’s scenting capabilities through fun “follow your nose” activities! Also check out the human Nose Work station inside of the Patton Valley Vineyard tasting room!
Plum Hill Vineyards
Lickin’ Luau – Your dog will definitely want to visit Plum Hill Vineyards, where s/he will be greeted with a lei Hawaii-style. Dogs can cool off in a doggie pool and chill out with pup-friendly snow cones and play in Plum Hill’s off leash dog park. Puppy paradise, right? Come check it out!
Holistic Hounds – While you relax with the spectacular wine at Ponzi Vineyards, your pooch can enjoy a complimentary massage from Heal Animal Massage while you learn how massage is a great way to maintain your dog’s health and well-being. Doggie Zoom Zoom will be there to introduce you to CBD treats and the potential benefits for dogs.
