Tiers classes are designed so you and your dog can learn at your own pace! Choose your own schedule from several options that are offered each week.

Our Levels classes will now be Manners 101 and Manners 202, both 5-week series. Until the website is updated, you can find information here – Manners Classes.

Tiers – Salem

We’re thrilled to announce that we will be bringing two new, progressive 5-week classes to Salem, replacing the former Tiers
drop-in system: Manners 101 and Manners 202

These new classes will begin in Jan., with the new Intro class for them starting in December. On-site Intro to classes. The new classes will be up on the website soon, but you can sign up now by clicking on the class names above. You can see more information here – Salem Manners Classes

If you currently have a Tiers package, we will have classes until the end of January 2026, please sign up below. Please contact us if you have any questions or need any help with classes.

Which training class pass should I buy and how should I apply them?

A dog without training experience
– purchase the 8 or 10 pack of classes, then attend:

(2) Tiers 1 classes
(2) Tiers 2 classes
(2) Tiers 3 classes
(2) Tiers 4 classes
If you purchased the 10 pack, then you would have 2 classes left for refreshers

A dog with some training experience
– purchase the 6 or 8 pack of classes, then attend:

(1) Tiers 1 class
(1) Tiers 2 class
(2) Tiers 3 classes
(2) Tiers 4 classes
If you purchased the 8 pack, then you would have 2 classes left for refreshers

Price is per dog.
Your dog will attend class with you.
Please limit attendance to 2 people.

Proceeds from registration fees support the animals and programs at OHS.

Note: Completion of all 4 tiers can be followed by the Canine Good Citizen Test. Please talk to the trainer in your Tiers class for more information.

This in-person class will be held at Oregon Humane Society in Salem. Please “opt in” during sign up to receive emails containing important information about attending in-person classes.
