Poppy Seed

Hiya! I'm Poppy Seed, and I'm a sweet and silly girly that is sure to make you smile!

I'm very active and playful, and I love toys: squeakers, tennis balls, stuffies - you name it! A romp around the yard sounds like a blast to me. I'd love to get up and adventure with you too!

Toys and treats are a great way to teach me- I love to learn! Plus doing some training together would be a great way for us to bond and for me to become the best dog I can be!

After I'm done adventuring for the day, I love to spend time with my humans. I may even try to be a lap dog - some people might say I'm too big for that, but what can I say? I just can't get enough of my favorite people!

I've had a lot of fun playing with other dogs here at the shelter, but I like to play rough and rowdy so if you have a dog already make sure your pup is up for that!

I may do best in a home without cats or other small animals as I've been known to chase them.

Guess what else? I'm part of the Diamond in the Ruff program , which you can learn more about here. Basically, we'll get to spend plenty of time together before you officially adopt me!
