• I should be pursuing a modeling career, but instead I'm just looking for a nice family to call my own.
• I love spending time with my people - I was shy when I first arrived, but now I love making new friends! Staff and volunteers say I'm a very good boy!

• Like most hounds, I love to sniff, sniff, sniff! Leisurely walks where I have plenty of time to explore are the best. Can we talk about toys too? They're my favorite! Sometimes I even carry my favorites around with me in the yard or on walks.
• I know I am a big boy, but I sometimes forget my strength when I am so excited to go for walks. Loosing weight and training are helping me get much better!
• Helping me lose weight will allow me to live my best life and make it easier for me to enjoy the sniffari walks I love so much!
• I have arthritis , which there is no cure for, but there are many ways to manage.
• Handling Sensitivity: I can be sensitive to handling when at the vet and will need your help in making vet trips stress free - yummy treats help a lot!
