To update your gift amount or to update other account information, complete the form below and an OHS representative will contact you by phone. Alternatively, you can call an OHS PAWS representative at 503-802-6793 to update your account.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my PAWS donations?

Of course! OHS PAWS monthly donors receive a year-end summary letter of all their monthly and one-time donations that can be used for your taxes. Year-end summary letters typically arrive via USPS in February.
