Cooper is a delightful and well-behaved dog. He loves to show off for those he loves by sitting and offering his paw for a treat. Cooper has been here at OHS for several months and we can't understand why. Although Cooper is diabetic and has impaired vision his condition is well managed with a special diet and insulin injections. Cooper loves to go for walks with his "seeing eye person" and is extremely loving and playful. He will need to go to a home where he is the only animal, as he doesn't care for cats and some dogs. He will, however, shower his person with affection - we can't wait to see Cooper find his special forever home, because we know he's going to make someone very happy.
