Return to Reactive Dog Training Classes

Activities for Reactive Dogs
For more practice after completion of this class, you can re-enroll in Activities for Reactive Dogs or Reactive Rover Practice Class.
Activities for Reactive Dogs – Portland
Can reactive dogs do agility activities, scent games, or rally with other dogs in the room? Yes, they can!
In this controlled environment, your dog can learn a new activity each week while practicing their skills around other dogs. You will continue to learn your dog’s body language, and understand their threshold, including what activities they do and do not enjoy. In learning these fun activities, you can start to incorporate them in your home for exercise when it is raining or too hot outside.

We are excited to offer private, in home consultations for our Reactive Rover and Reactive Adolescents graduates. This is a great opportunity to transfer the skills learned in the classroom into your dog’s neighborhood with the assistance and support of a trainer. It is also a great way to trouble shoot some areas in your neighborhood that may be difficult for your dog to handle – or work on additional training, such as reactivity in your house. Please contact [email protected] for more information and to schedule the consultations. The scheduling availability may be limited to certain times of the day and certain locations in Portland and neighboring areas.
