What my friends at OHS say about me:

• I am not for the first time dog owner. Someone very familiar with canine body language is a must for me.
• Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
• I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.
• I enjoy living an active lifestyle! I would love to get up and go adventure with you.
• If you're patient with me, I am sure to blossom and become your best pal.
• I already know how to sit and I walk lovely on leash!
• I do my best to make it super-duper hard for you to leave every cuddle session.
• I am a friendly, happy, silly doggy who is sure to make you smile!
• High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my physical and mental exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I would prefer to be the only dog in the home. I can be picky about my canine companions, so slow introductions and having my own space will be a must for me if I do live with other resident dogs. I should avoid places like dog parks where there are a lot of new dogs at once and little time to get to know them!
