Qistibi Aka Glacier

What my friends at OHS say about me:

• My name is Qistibi, but my friends also call me Glacier! I've been spending the last few months in a foster home, and I've grown into a confident, playful, affectionate dog!
• It can take me a little time to get comfortable with new people, but once I see that I can trust you, I'll show you why all the staff and volunteers love me.
• I love cuddling, zooming around the backyard, looking out the window with my dog sister and eating tasty treats! Things I don't like include scary vacuums, lawn mowers and other loud noises.
• Despite my senior status, I am a pretty active guy! I love walks and will run and play in the yard. I might even like playing with a dog friend if they aren't too rowdy!
• I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I must go to a home with a fenced in yard and a low traffic neighborhood.
• Everyone living in the household will need to meet prior to my adoption.
• I will need to meet any resident dogs first before going home with you.

My adoption process:

• OHS has created a more in-depth adoption questionnaire, which can be accessed via the "Meet Me" button at the top of the profile.
• Once it is reviewed, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a phone consultation.
• After your consult, if it feels like a good match, your adoption counselor will schedule an in-person meet and greet and you will meet me with our volunteer and staff handlers. If you fall in love, you will have the option to come in and spend time with me to build a relationship prior to adopting!
