Notes
  • I'm sponsored by generous donors.

What my friends at OHS say about me:

  • I'm in a foster home right now, but I'm still available for adoption! Click the Meet Me button and complete the questionnaire to schedule a meet and greet appointment.
  • I might be shy at first, but I bond HARD with my people and will be your best friend!
  • Once I'm more comfortable, I'm a happy, goofy guy that loves to snuggle! My favorite thing to do is follow my people around.
  • Do you like holding hands? If I grace you with a paw, it means I like you (and I would like some more head scratches, please!)
  • When I'm feeling cozy I like to sploot out on the floor.
  • Give me some time to get to know you and we can start to do more things together! I may not be ready to explore the whole world on day 1, but I do like hiking and adventuring as long as you can help me feel safe! In town, I like short sniffy walks so I can watch all the action.
  • Don't be surprised if I put myself in a crate or under a desk when I'm feeling overwhelmed... my friends say I'm part cave-bear.
  • To learn more about my specific needs, please read my What to Expect handout.

The type of home I'm looking for:

  • I would flourish in a quiet, calm environment and a low-traffic home. Busy apartment complexes might feel overwhelming for me.
  • After years of living in a home with too many animals, I would prefer to be the only pet, but if you go slow with introductions I might be okay with a walking or play buddy!
  • I may do best in a home with older kids who can read my body language and know when I need space.
  • It could be with you! Click here to learn about the adoption process.
  • You can also stock up on food and treats using our online store by clicking here.
