What my friends at OHS say about me:

• I am one of the sweetest dogs with the kindest soul you will ever meet!
• I am a happy, silly, and playful girl, but I also have a sensitive side.
• My foster mom say I am darn near perfect! Rumor has it that I sometimes snore, though.
• I am housebroken, know lots of commands, and am working on my leash manners.
• Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
• Escape Artist: One time I figured out how to open the gate and took myself on a self-guided tour of the neighborhood. Therefore, I will need supervision when outdoors.
• I love to learn! You can use my favorite toys or treats as positive reinforcement and to teach me new things.

• I am on a weight loss journey and have already dropped more than 10 pounds. I'm looking for a home that will help me continue to slim down a bit. Helping me lose weight will allow me to live my best life!
• I have chronic skin issues which will require long term management. It can be caused by different factors such as fleas, food or environmental factors. I am a perfect girl for baths, and my skin and fur are looking great now!

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I may not be the best option for a home with cats or small animals, but a home with a buddy dog would be awesome!
• I can be picky about my canine companions. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident dogs.
