Building Skills – Portland

Start your and your dog’s training journey with our Building Skills class. In this 5-week course we will focus on introducing practical skills your dog may need in everyday situations, such as calm greetings, walking on a loose leash, coming when called, self-regulation around distractions, etc.  

We will also focus on helping you with your training skills: learning how to capture, lure and shape behaviors, as well as clearly and positively communicate with the dog to achieve and strengthen the skills you would like your dog to learn. 

Please note that this class is not appropriate for dogs who bark or lunge at other dogs. See our Reactive Dog classes to work on those behaviors with your dog.

If you have a Levels package, we will have Levels classes till January 31st.

Price is per dog.
Your dog will attend class with you.
