Honor a colleague or loved one with a donation to OHS. Choose your card style and message, and we take care of the rest. Kindly allow one week for estimated arrival of physical cards. Digital cards are also available.

Honor a pet or person with a lasting legacy. Your custom engraved tribute tag will hang on the artfully-designed dedication wall within our Community Veterinary Hospital. Tribute tags are available in three sizes.
