OHS Event Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event or fundraiser to benefit the animals at the Oregon Humane Society (OHS). The animals depend on the support of caring individuals like you. If you are ready to start your event or fundraiser, you can create your Online Events Page and click “START A CAMPAIGN” to personalize your page.

If you would like additional assistance from OHS with your event or if you would like an OHS representative to attend your event, we request you follow these initial steps:

A past fundraiser for OHS at Oregon Public House.
  1. Read the OHS Event Guidelines document.
  2. Complete and submit the OHS Event Application (below). Events must be pre-approved by OHS and be re-approved every year thereafter if an event is repeated in the succeeding year.
  3. Please do not use the OHS logo, pursue any media publicity or solicit sponsorships until you have received written approval for your event from OHS.
