• Hi! I'm Corduroy, but my friends here call me Roy!
• I have been working with the Behavior team at OHS and I'm looking for a special home. It will take time and patience to get to know me. Click the "meet me" button to start the process and schedule an appointment.

• I love to learn! You can use my favorite toys or treats as positive reinforcement and to teach me new things. I already know some basic cues such as, sit, stay, and walking nicely on leash.
• Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
• Give me a little time to adjust and I will show you I am the biggest sweetheart.
• High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my energy and exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.
• I'm a sporty guy! Mental enrichment and activities are very important for my well-being.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I lived with cats in my last home, but sometimes they can make me nervous. I may do best in a home without cats or with dog savvy cats.
• I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.
• I need to go to a home without small children. I may accidently knock them over or try to steal their toys to play with.
