Losing your pet can be a difficult experience for you and your family. To many, the loss is not only of a pet, but of a very close friend.
The decision for final disposition of your pet is a personal choice. The Oregon Humane Society offers several options for a final resting-place for your pet.

- Euthanasia and Cremation

- Dignified Pet Services offers cremations and memorials for your pet (including urns, grave markers, and caskets)
Making a memorial donation or honorarium is a wonderful way to pay tribute to a special pet or person.
Mausoleum, Columbarium and Animal Cemetery
A space in the Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum, Columbarium or Animal Cemetery at OHS may be personally selected by appointment. A columbarium space can accommodate the remains of up to three pets. A cemetery plot or mausoleum space can accommodate the remains of one or two pets.
