Reactive Rover

Need help making walks with your dog more enjoyable? We're here to help.

Who is this class for?

This class is designed to help folks with the all-too-common problem of leash reactivity. If your dog lunges, barks excessively, or becomes outrageously excited at the sight of other dogs when he's on a leash, then this class is for you! This class does NOT work on any off-leash aggression issues or progress to off-leash interactions amongst dogs.

What to expect from this 6-week class

  • A better understanding of why your dog acts the way he does on leash around other dogs
  • Tools and tips to help you manage your dog's reactivity while on walks in your neighborhood
  • Guided practice sessions around other dogs to help teach and encourage calm and appropriate behavior
  • More confidence in your ability to continue the training with your dog in all the settings you need: at home, on walks, at the park, etc.

Class Tips

    1. For best results, it is best to attend all 6 classes.
    2. Dogs do not attend the first class.
    3. For people planning to attend training classes alone, do not bring multiple dogs.
    4. This class does NOT work on any off-leash aggression issues or progress to off-leash interactions amongst dogs.
