FAST-TRACK ONE DAY WORKSHOPS
Do you live outside the Portland area? Or are you unable to attend all 5 weeks of prep school? Rather than attend the entire prep course, you can attend our all-day, condensed workshop with your dog to learn the skills and information you'll need to become a Pet Partner team. You will have a half hour lunch. Students must return at a later date for their final evaluation as specified below. Regular price for workshop is $150. Oregon Humane Society Volunteer price is $105. Additional $40 book purchase required and the evaluation costs $15. (Additional Fast-Track Workshops will be offered in 2009. Dates will posted in November)
After successfully completing the Pet Partner evaluation, Pet Partner teams usually spend 2-4 hours per month at a facility visiting patients and residents.
