I've Adopted a Dog.  Now What!?

Have you recently welcomed a new dog or puppy into your home?  Start things off on the right paw!  It can be overwhelming and we want you to know all you need to know to make the transition go smoothly.  This is an introductory class about having a new dog in the home.  Often further training or assistance may be needed for dogs with specific behavior issues or for more complicated scenarios (multiple pets, home-alone issues, etc.)

You will learn about:

  • basic dog training techniques
  • common owner mistakes
  • potty-training tips
  • recommended tools and equipment
  • the importance of exercise and how to get it done
  • realistic expectations

This class is for humans only, please leave furry friends at home.
