Teen Clubs
|
Calling all young animal lovers - join the club and attend our monthly meetings for animal lovers! Enrollment
is limited to 32 per meeting. Youths spend time with shelter animals
and have an educational lesson and share stories and news and have a snack.
- Teens earn points and paw prints as they achieve the requirements of the four learning levels. The ultimate achievement is the gold paw award.
- During the first part of the meeting, teens interact with the dogs and cats, assisting with grooming, cage cleaning, and socialization.
- Teens bring $4 each to cover pizza they share as they discuss animal news, an educational lesson, or do a project to help animals.
