Your donation of all or part of your Oregon tax refund will help feed, care for, and find homes for thousands of animals. Making this donation could not be easier.

 

Oregon Tax Form Makes it Easy

 

Just enter "10" on your Oregon income tax return and help shelter pets through Oregon's Charitable Checkoff program.

 

Go to line 66 (Form 40) or line 84 (Form 40N and 40P), and select the Oregon Humane Society (10) as your charity of choice. You can donate all or part of your refund to go to OHS.

Don't forget to tell your tax preparer that you want to make a gift via charitable checkoff.
