Tues., March 25 at OHS: Widmer Brothers Brewing is sponsoring an open house at OHS on March 25 to hear about the our 21st annual Doggie Dash. Drop in after work, enjoy Widmer beverages and snacks, and meet lovable dogs and cats. Bring your friends, family, and coworkers to learn how to form a Doggie Dash team and win some great prizes while making a difference for the pets at OHS. Wed., March 26 at Urban Wineworks, 6-8 pm, 407 NW 16th Ave. Urban Wineworks and LexiDog have teamed up for this fun event to bring training tips for both you and your pooch and chat about the 21st annual Doggie Dash. Meet Casey Newton of Portland Paws who will offer training tips. Non-aggressive dogs are invited to attend with their owners. Relax with great wine as OHS provides "training" on Doggie Dash. Learn how to form a Doggie Dash team or participate individually and win some great prizes while making a difference for the pets at OHS. You'll get a $5 Doggie Dash discount just for attending! Sunday, April 6 at Lucky Lab Public House, 1:30 - 4:30 pm7675 SW Capitol Hwy. Dog Tales 2 is combined with a special On Your Barks event. You’ll be entertained by members of the Portland Storytellers’ Guild who’ll tell tales of moon-baying, rabbit-pointing, and flea-headed squirrel-chasers who possess uncanny canine intelligence. If you’re a friend of dogs, whether they are pedigreed or mutt, come on down and have some fun! You'll also hear the story of Doggie Dash and how you can form a team, compete for special honors and help animals in need.You'll get a $5 Doggie Dash discount just for attending!
