Get Healthy, Stay Well

OHS offers competitive and comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage plans that provide employees with cost-effective and flexible care. OHS and employees share the cost of coverage for the employee and the employee covers the cost of eligible dependents.

Get in the Money

We want to make it easier for employees to meet their financial goals. Employees are encouraged to participate in the 401(K) retirement savings plan and the deferred compensation plan, and to take advantage of onsite meetings with a retirement benefits consultant as they are offered.

OHS matches a portion of employee contributions to their retirement savings plan at the end of each fiscal year, after certain eligibility criteria have been met.

Protect Your Assets

Life insurance coverage is available for employees. OHS pays the cost of your basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.

OHS offers long-term disability benefits (partial wage replacement) to provide financial assistance if you are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. Eligible employees are also able to participate in a voluntary short-term disability insurance program.

OHS offers generous vacation, holiday, and sick leave benefits to eligible employees.

Family Matters

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their eligible dependents with confidential access to short-term professional counseling services at no cost.
